Newpaper clipping of a letter to the Times by C. A. Mills, who makes mention of a lecture given to the British and American Archaeological Society by a Dr. Orbaan on the subject "Rome under Clement VIII (1592-1605)". Orbaan had used as one of his sources the unpublished diary of a nobleman who traveled in England and other countries in 1600. In his letter, Mills quotes a passage of the diary in which this traveler describes his visit to the Globe Theatre in London.
